Cancellation Policy
The lease agreement for studio space between SKILSET MOVEMENT STUDIOS LLC ("Company") and the Renter is effective upon payment completion. By booking, the Renter agrees to the Terms and Conditions. Reservations require advance payment through the website. Renters must follow rental rates, duration, and rules. Clean and vacate the studio on time; overtime incurs charges. Cancellation policy includes refund details and company's responsibilities. Renters are responsible for behavior, noise levels, and adherence to rules. Prohibited activities include smoking, alcohol, and hazardous substances. Usage of the studio and equipment involves risks; renters waive the right to legal actions for accidents. Renters are liable for damages and injuries, absolving the Company of responsibility. Equipment is provided in working condition, and renters must remove belongings post-rental. Damages must be paid for promptly. The policy serves as a mutual agreement; any changes require written consent from both parties. Renters are responsible for timely payments.
