Cancellation Policy
Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable. Reservations will only be honored up to 15 minutes after the start of the class before the spot will be forfeited to artists attempting to register at the door. Additionally, reservations only secure your spot in class. They DO NOT reserve the advance registration rate. Patrons will have to pay the rate communicated at the door in order to attend class. By registering for this class, you acknowledge that you release and hold harmless SKilSet Movement Studios, its faculty, staff, community partners and affiliated parties/organizations from liability for loss or damaged items or property. It is understood that S2MS and the other aforementioned parties are not responsible for any harm or bodily injury that may be obtained should any incident occur. Additionally, the class participant acknowledges the right to be filmed or photographed. It is understood that S2MS as well as its faculty, staff, community partners and affiliates have permission to utilize said content for promotional, artistic or other purposes. Lastly, I realize that SKilSet Movement Studios and the aforementioned parties are not liable for any future negative claims that may occur and I will not be compensated in any way for my participation in said content.
